Tour report
Viehscheid, a Coffee Break and Time Together
Our Sunday began in Nesselwängle in the Tannheim Valley. In warm, sunny and pleasantly calm weather, we watched the Viehscheid cattle drive – a beautiful procession set against the magnificent Tyrolean scenery. Donkeys, horses and the special atmosphere made the visit a memorable experience. With an Austrian beer in hand, we were able to relax and savour the moment. It was especially lovely to spend the day with our visitors from Görlitz. T.LIKES.IT was delighted to have this time with her sister @heymeeell and her friend Jen. It was the encounters, conversations and relaxed atmosphere that made the outing so special. Lou accompanied us everywhere, watched everything attentively and had plenty of fun too. After the Viehscheid, we continued to Oberstdorf in the Allgäu. At Café Fetz, we treated ourselves to a variety of coffee specialities, cake, ice cream and a steamed dumpling. Afterwards, there was plenty of time for a leisurely stroll and some sightseeing around Oberstdorf. We rounded off the day with a meal together at Wilden Männle. It was not until around 8 p.m., just as we set off for home, that the rain began – until then, the day had brought us wonderfully warm and sunny weather. What remains is the memory of a thoroughly beautiful Sunday: Tyrolean scenery, an impressive Viehscheid, relaxed hours in Oberstdorf and, above all, precious time with family and friends.

Personal note
What we remember most is the relaxed atmosphere of the day. Seeing how delighted T.LIKES.IT was to have her sister and Jen visiting made the Sunday particularly special. Add to that the beautiful weather, many conversations together and Lou, who joined us everywhere and enjoyed the outing just as much as we did.
