Tour report
A Warm October Day by the Lech
The weather could hardly have been better for our walk around Lechbruck am See. The sun accompanied us in pleasantly warm temperatures of around 20 degrees, making for a wonderful day of hiking in the Ostallgäu. Our starting point was the Upper Lech Lake, where we set off on a circular hike of around ten kilometres. Along the way, the route also took us through the very large campsite on the banks of the Lech. We particularly enjoyed this section, which gave the hike a distinctive atmosphere of its own. The route proved to be a lovely, extended walk—with or without a dog. Lou joined us with great enthusiasm and was clearly having fun along the way. After returning, we rounded off the day at Café Alte Schule. Over delicious coffee and cake, we were able to reflect on the walk at our leisure. ☕ We were left with the contented feeling of having made the most of a warm October day outdoors.

„A wonderful walk by the Lech—sunny, relaxed and just right for a warm October day.“
Route
The route.

Personal note
What stayed with us most was the relaxed atmosphere of this walk. Lou had great fun, the weather was exceptionally pleasant, and coffee and cake at Café Alte Schule provided the perfect finish. We will certainly be back.
