On the Road Between Landsberg and Lake Ammer
This tour began in Landsberg. From there, we headed towards Eching on Lake Ammer on our E-bikes – unhurried and with the sense that, on this day, it was not just the destination that mattered, but above all the time we spent together along the way. The further we travelled from Landsberg, the more everyday life faded into the background. The route followed quiet paths and passed through small villages. There was no need for anything spectacular: the steady roll of the wheels, the landscape and the open view ahead gave the tour its own rhythm. With every section, Lake Ammer drew closer. This gradual approach was one of the things that made the ride special. The lake had been our destination from the start, but for much of the journey it remained an idea – until a direction finally became a specific place: Eching on Lake Ammer. 🌊 What remained at the end was a tour that impressed through its simplicity. Being outdoors together, covering some ground and leaving the familiar behind for a few hours: that was all it took for a rewarding day on the E-bike.

Route
The route.
The E-bike tour starts in Landsberg and heads towards Eching on Lake Ammer. Along the way, quiet paths and small villages shape the route before it reaches its destination by the lake. Further technical route details are available via the existing Komoot tour.
Personal note
What stays with us most is the quiet sense of being on the move: setting off together, leaving everyday life behind kilometre by kilometre and knowing that Lake Ammer is waiting at the end. An uncomplicated ride that lingers in the memory for precisely that reason.
